About Don's Jamaican Kitchen
Our Story
Our food truck started as a passion to provide good food to people that highlighted the soulful flavors of Jamaica. We started small, cooking up dishes in our home kitchen for people to try. As our popularity grew, we decided to take the leap and start our own food truck business. With the success of the food truck, we were able to open a small restaurant in the Charlotte Premium Outlets and now run the restaurant and the food truck.
Our Menu
Our food is deeply inspired by our roots, bringing the authentic, rich flavors of our childhood in Jamaica straight to your table! Our food satisfies any craving as we use fresh ingredients and source our seasonings straight from yaad.
